Genoa Courthouse Museum
Located in historic downtown Genoa, the Genoa Courthouse Museum is a prideful attraction found in northern Nevada. The courthouse was built in 1865, and after years of quality use, the Carson Valley Historical Society re-opened the building as an informative museum in 1969.
Genoa can be found just northwest of Gardnerville, conveniently located near urban hubs like Carson City and Reno. Genoa visitors are encouraged to view the historic, redbrick courthouse during a daily tour – open from May until October.
